Description This course offers participants insight into the different PRINCE2 principles, themes and processes and the relationship between them. A scenario will be used to field-test specific PRINCE2 techniques. Light will also be cast on a range of general project management techniques.
Duration
study-hours		 4 days incl. exam preparation
or short track in 3 days (no examen preparation).
20 extra study hours are mandatory.

  • Application of the PRINCE2 project management method.
  • Preparation for the PRINCE2 Practitioner examination.

    Target Group Individuals regularly participating in or supporting projects in which they have a leading function, e.g. Steering Committees, Project Board Members, Projectmanagers, Projectleaders, Team managers and managers of general and technical departments.
    Training Method
  • Class teaching.
  • The sequence of the session follows the “natural course” of a project.
  • Extensive use is made of scenario-based project assignments. The assignments serve the purpose of deepening the essential PRINCE2 concepts.
  • There are both group and individual assignments. Participants will also be offered an opportunity of role-playing in different project settings.
  • With this training and the required additional home training, participants will be fully capable of passing the Practitioner examination.
